Gillian Flick started her career in the energy industry and has grown to love the challenges that the fluctuating energy market provides. She supports renewable energy clients by managing real estate aspects of their projects by counseling them in a variety of real estate and due diligence matters. She prepares and negotiates site control documents, conducts title and survey reviews, and resolves title and survey issues to ensure project success. Additionally, Gillian drafts third-party agreements such as crossing agreements, rights of ways, and others relating to the development of a project.

Gillian also has extensive experience with oil and gas developers on their transactional matters, including title examinations and title opinions, and due diligence for acquisitions. In addition, she assists oil and gas clients in the preparation and review of all documents relating to mineral title ownership, including easements, deeds, leases, and other transactional contracts and documents.

With a passion for the energy sector and a client-centered approach, Gillian continues to deliver strategic solutions that drive projects forward while safeguarding her clients’ interests.
