Paul Lacourciere is an accomplished lawyer, seasoned veteran of the energy industry, and former CEO of a biofuel company.  Over his 20 plus years of practice, Paul Lacourciere has spent virtually his entire career representing clients on the leading edge of emerging issues in the energy industry.  Addressing these issues requires the ability to be thoughtful and creative in assessing new, uncertain risks and developing reasonable commercial solutions to that risk allocation – within a structure established for long-term sustainability.

Jeffery Harris is a seasoned California energy law expert with over 30 years of experience. He specializes in permitting and regulatory strategies for complex energy projects, including renewable and conventional powerplants and various energy storage technologies. Jeff has successfully guided clients through the development of over 25,000 megawatts of new capacity, including significant solar and battery energy storage projects.

Liana Jones is an accomplished real estate attorney specializing in renewable energy project development. She advises clients on site control, title and survey matters, and project financing for utility-scale solar, wind, geothermal, RNG, and battery storage projects. Her pragmatic approach and deep industry knowledge make her a trusted advisor for developers, investors, and energy companies navigating complex real estate transactions.

Oluwafemi Aborisade represents renewable energy developers on various real estate matters in connection with launching or purchasing early stage wind, solar and battery projects.

Ann Elling has been representing clients in the clean energy space for over 15 years.  She has an in-depth understanding of key issues specific to renewable energy in addition to the general commercial issues all projects face.  She represents clients in connection with power purchase agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, equipment supply contracts and other agreements that are foundational to the success of any project. Chris Sanders has been a prominent figure in the California water industry for over 35 years. With extensive expertise in water use and management, Chris specializes in water rights and quality permitting, adjudications, water transfers, conjunctive water use, and reclamation. He is well-versed in handling matters related to the Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Endangered Species Act, and Clean Water Act. Leveraging his engineering background, Chris develops strategies for resolving complex water-related issues.
