Paul Lacourciere is an accomplished lawyer, seasoned veteran of the energy industry, and former CEO of a biofuel company.  Over his 20 plus years of practice, Paul Lacourciere has spent virtually his entire career representing clients on the leading edge of emerging issues in the energy industry.  Addressing these issues requires the ability to be thoughtful and creative in assessing new, uncertain risks and developing reasonable commercial solutions to that risk allocation – within a structure established for long-term sustainability.

Chris Sanders

Chris Sanders has been a prominent figure in the California water industry for over 35 years. With extensive expertise in water use and management, Chris specializes in water rights and quality permitting, adjudications, water transfers, conjunctive water use, and reclamation. He is well-versed in handling matters related to the Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Endangered Species Act, and Clean Water Act. Leveraging his engineering background, Chris develops strategies for resolving complex water-related issues.
