Liana Jones
Liana Jones brings extensive experience and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to her role as a real estate attorney at Climate Edge Law Group. Her practice focuses on supporting renewable energy clients across the United States in the siting, development, and financing of utility-scale solar, wind, geothermal, renewable natural gas (RNG), and battery storage projects.
Liana’s expertise spans the full lifecycle of real estate transactions for clean energy projects. She prepares and negotiates site control documents, manages title and survey reviews, performs curative work, and negotiates title insurance policies. She frequently serves as lead or local real estate counsel in project financings involving construction debt and tax equity investment.
In addition to her transactional work, Liana advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, conducting real estate due diligence and structuring acquisition agreements. Her background also includes mineral title examinations for traditional energy clients and general transactional law, including business formation, estate planning, and contract negotiation.
