Oluwafemi Aborisade is an experienced energy attorney, with a career focused on advising clients across the industry. His background includes work in corporate finance, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance for energy companies.
In recent years, Oluwafemi has focused his practice on supporting renewable energy developers with real estate matters critical to project development. He advises on site control issues for wind, solar, and energy storage projects, ranging from small-scale rooftop solar installations to large utility-scale developments exceeding 800 MW and spanning over 1,000 acres.
